HeliFest is an annual RC helicopter festival held at Weston Park, Shropshire.

All tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased through our official website or authorised partners.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.

Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

All attendees must present valid tickets on arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, line-up, site layout or schedule without prior notice.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will inform all ticket holders as soon as possible.

Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and stewards.

Flying zones and restricted areas are for pilots and staff only, unless otherwise stated.

Please use the site responsibly and respect other visitors.

We may photograph or film at the event for promotional purposes. By entering the event, you consent to your image being used in HeliFest materials.

If you would prefer not to be included, please let a member of staff know.

All commercial activity on site must be pre-approved by the organisers.

Sponsors and traders must comply with all legal requirements and event policies.

We are not responsible for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen at the event.

To the extent permitted by law, HeliFest shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
